During the last 10 years Skreen Construction Inc. has been building homes to $400K to 2Million range. In 2004 they were involved in the NW Natural Street of Dreams. Hidden Lake Lodge was designed by Mascord Design & Associates for a client and Skreen Construction Inc. Skreen worked closely with the client, interior designer and landscaper to create a magnificent Lodge style home that ended up winning 5 awards including the “Best Curb Appeal”, “Best Landscape” and the people’s choice of “Best of Show” for 2004.
“Brad Skreen did renovations of three bathrooms and one laundry room for us. They weren’t total tear-outs and rebuilds, and Brad was easy to work with in meeting our needs and budgets. What little work we weren’t totally satisfied with was quickly corrected. In fact, Brad noticed some defects in work that we hadn’t seen and had them corrected. He did a good job in ordering tile (not overbuying), guiding us to suppliers and hiring high quality workmen. He was onsite once or twice almost every day work was being done.
